How often do you eat Instant Ramen ?

I mostly only have about 3-5 a Month if I'm to lazy to cook or just wanted something for lunch. What about you ?

I used to eat it quite often but now about the only time I have it is when I fix Crunchy Salad.

We have not had any in several years, we use to eat it all the time.  We looked at the label and that was it for us.

I used to eat several different varieties of Ramen in college and started making it for my kids before they went to college. It is quite amazing how many new companies have come up with more flavorful, 'gourmet' brands since my college days. I put together a Ramen Christmas basket for my kids complete with: a Ramen cook book, ten packs of Ramen noodles, five bottles of various sauces, ceramic bowls and a microwave Ramen cooker. I have switched to the Costco rice Ramen which needs to be boiled for seven minutes and has no sodium packets. I have several different recipes that I use. Last night I used lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and capers. Last week I sliced up tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and topped it with a teaspoon of teriyaki sauce.

Sometimes I'll eat Ramen for lunch. It's a quick meal to say the least.

I've had it once or twice in the last year.  My youngest loves the stuff but whenever she eats it she complains about her tummy hurting.  I read somewhere the stuff doesn't digest in our bellies the way food is suppose to so as a whole we've nearly omitted ramen from the household.

I don't eat it nearly as much as I used to but I always add a lot more things that what is in the basic package. It basically comes down to what foods will go well with ramen. LOL

Rarely. I stopped eating it for years.  I've only started eating it again within the last few months because it's quick and easy when I'm working.

Sometimes I break them up and add them to my stir fry.  Like to put sauces and vegies in them for extra taste.

That's an excellent idea, santa7!  Your suggestion makes me want to try it.  It's been years since I ate any ramen noodle soup.  I used to eat it quite often.  Now, about the only noodles I have any contact with are made from squash!  My husband has to count carbs and we don't keep noodles in the house!

I love that cheap square ramen in a soup kit... although I rarely eat the stuff anymore, it is always in my house.  If I do eat it, I always put a scrambled egg in it & make it a little more protein rich... I'd love to have a bowl of it right now, but too much salt & carbs
