I totally forgot and will have another one in a few weeks to post.

I just recently submitted a picture bonus request for the payment I received in June 2019. I appreciate that this is an available option for us to earn credit.

Congrats on your pic bonus. I used to do this all,of the time until I started  doing Direct Deposit. It is much more complicated to post a pic of your Bank Statement.

I had one left from March. First it was pending, then it had a red "X" and "Cancel" in the column. In June, I finally cancelled it. The same thing is happening again. I put in for payment picture bonus  and it's no longer pending, but the red "X" and "Cancel" again.  So evidently, I'm not getting credit for that one either. I've sent a ticket to support and they haven't explained anything.   >:(     

So I have no idea why they refuse my requests. There is nothing private in the proof of payment so what else could I be doing wrong?
