Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I have this, got t take a break from these surveys before I need surgery! I wear a arm brace at  night. Anyone else?

Had carpal tunnel when I was working and typing all the time. I wore a brace day and night for a while. I heard from people who'd had surgery, meds, etc. and didn't hear anyone say they got better. So I started working with weights and the weight bearing with my wrists and arms cured mine.

Take that or leave it. I'm a believer that strengthening helped those muscles. I haven't had a problem since.  :icon_rr:

I know few people that had this surgery and it help them out a lot . now there back doing what they love doing  :)

Luckily after 43 years on the job of typing and using the computer for more than 8 hours I have developed this.  Had a coworker that had the surgery and said it really did not help long term.
