7-11 Day

Did everyone get their free Slurpee at 7-Eleven today? I almost forgot until my son reminded me.

Since I reside in the home of the original 7-Eleven which started out as an ice house that realized from its customers there was a need for certain kitchen staples (hence, "convenience shopping"), *taking a breath* I highly suggest you get to your nearest 7-Eleven for your free small Slurpee.  They go very fast on this "unofficial" summer holiday and the machine will run out.

Also, more info I copied from money.com ~

"If you want even more free Slurpees this summer, sign up for the 7-Eleven 7Rewards program and get the 7-Eleven app scanned at a store on Thursday while picking up your free Slurpee. Your 7Rewards account will then have a coupon good for another free Slurpee — in any size you want — redeemable for 30 days starting on Friday, July 12."

I did not even know they do this. I have not seen a 7-11 store in quite some time. They must be in other states.

They done a thing a while back where you could bring your own container and get it free no matter the size but you had a couple jack wagons brought in a 5 gallon bucket and when they were told they could not fill it there was a big fight.  People are just too stupid these days.

Don't have a 7-11 in my city any more, or a movie theater, or Friendly's or Long John Silvers but I can walk on the roof tops of dunkin donuts without my feet touching the ground!

I live in a small town where we have Maverick and KB Express but no 7-Eleven.  Even if we did have a 7-Eleven I'm not a slurpee drinker.

If I'm gonna have a treat.....

I want chocolate.
Have a great day!

I honestly do not even know what a slurpee is.  I assume like an icee drink they have other places.  Not fond of them.  Although I have gotten 2 for free at McDonald's where the fail to ask me if I want one.

There is a sign that says if we fail to ask you to try a slush drink between x and x time you get one free.  The last time the girl was like I don't think we are still doing that.  I informed her the sign is still on the counter so it needs to be honored.  There is actually an even bigger sign there now. lol

We don't have any 7-11's near us to make it worth going for a free Slurpee.
Have a wonderful day!
