Survey Error Message

I just attempted a Tap Research survey. I was moving right along and when I moved from one page to the next, I got a service unavailable message. It is unfortunate since I thought I was well on my way to earning the 5 cent minimum.

No big deal, just keep on clicking.

I am not sure this will work all the time, but last night, I got an "Error 7" notice after completing a Tap survey.  I did my usual and clicked on "some other reason" and pasted the error message in the comments.  I usually get SOME sort of payment from Tap, but not this time.  I tried another survey and got the same message after completing it, so I hit the refresh button, it took me back to the last question and I answered, hit submit, and got credit.  YEAH!!!

I know it stinks when you get an error but like oldbuddy said just  move along to the next.
