    No! No way!
When I am driving, I am driving...
    anything else is a distraction!

I love music. I always have my radio on in my car. Even if it is a short ride I have to turn on the music.

If I am traveling on the highway yes or places that I always go but if I am in some city or town that I don't go too much, I always shut my music off. It can be very detracting

I always  play music while driving. It's relaxing and it keeps me from  screaming at the idiots who think they are the only ones driving amongst other drivers

It depends on the destination.  If it's a road trip music seems to enhance the adventure.  If it's driving using city streets/highways it's sometimes best to go without to eliminate distraction.  I don't flip stations much anyway, however, I would include talk/news radio (plus live sports) along with a few choice music stations to accompany me on my way.

I almost never listen to music in the car, but I always have my radio on and tuned in to talk/news - or else I listen to one of my favorite podcasts.

If driving by myself, I enjoy the peace and quiet.  If with the hubby, he likes talk radio.

I used to blast the Rolling Stones while driving. Had a CD with all their biggest hits or I'd listen to the local oldies but goodies radio station.

Car time is bout' the only time I'm alone with the radio buttons at my fingertips to listen to what I want.  9 out of 10 times I land on WBGL - a christian radio station.  I never have to worry about what lyrics are going to come out that I wouldn't want my 12 year old repeating.
