I have never heard of the site you posted.  There use to be some but I think they are rare now.  Too many people doing all they can to cheat the system.  There for a while you could get full sized products as a free sample.  And I was getting free samples in the mail every day.

You have to be careful because once I signed up for something I never received and later found out the person behind the site was in another country.

Like bretay said, nowadays you go through pages and pages of answering questions then have to complete 2 offers to get a free sample of gum.  Not worth it.  And most times the "offers" cost money.

Sometimes random companies will send out samples and people post the link on their freebie website.  Which totally defeats what the company was trying to do.  They are not just wanting to give their product away to people who just want free stuff.  The point is to get people to try the product that will be likely to purchase it.

I have tried several products for free that I went back and bought later.

I'm trying to understand how that defeats the purpose. Wouldn't that reinforce the purpose? Get it into more people's hands to test/try... in the hopes that some (who otherwise wouldn't know about the product) will find it useful and go out and buy it.

Not really.  If I do not use a product say the coffee pods for a keurig but I order the free sample because i just want free stuff then it is a waste for them to send it to me.  A lot of people do that.  Or one person will order 15 samples sending it to every one they know.

I think a lot of companies caught on to this happening and that is why they stopped doing it.  I get shampoo sometimes that will have a free sample or trial size product attached to it.  That is why they do it that way.  You have to purchase their product.

But sometimes you are right, you can try something completely new and then you buy it cause you liked it.  I think most times people just take the free sample and go on.  Yay free stuff! lol

I like getting free trials or samples of stuff I am actually going to use   I've discovered quite a few things that I purchase this way.  But I'm not interested in getting free stuff that I don't intend to use just because it is free.

See I think that is why it has slowed down.  I started back in 2000 and I got a ton of free samples.  But I have noticed now it is pretty much unheard of.  Even if you get it just because it is free that is fine as long as you just get one.  I know people personally who were trying to cheat the system and get 5-6 of the item.  That is when it starts to defeat the purpose.

I never bother with freebies. Most of these sites requires to enter personal information on survey like scam offers and once you do, you get redirected to another offer. So I do not do them.

Of course they want personal info.  They need your name and address to mail you the free sample.  Some may be a scam but I have a notebook full of free samples I have gotten over the years.  I highlighted them after I received them so I could keep up with it and I got 95% of the things I signed up for.  I also use common sense.

If I sign up for a free sample of toothpaste from Colgate and it is on the Colgate site it is most likely legit.  If I see an offer for a giant size of Colgate toothpaste free and you look at it is on igeteverythingforfree@xyz dot com it is pretty good indication it is not real.

Or the offer I see all the time which is your favorite drink Coke or Pepsi and every one who answers gets a $500 gift card to Walmart.  Yeah not going to happen.

It is the same with these sites but if you look at the banners even on Fusion Cash they have one that says "Make hundreds in hours".  And then say don't lie to get referrals.  THEY lie.  You cannot even make HUNDREDS in months on this site.

There is a freebie site/group on Reddit where people list offers...  I have gotten tons of free trial samples off there when I used to frequent it regularly -- almost all directly from the manufacturer.  I used to get free samples daily in my mail box.

No but I may try the one you mentioned.  Do they put you on several mailing  lists and you get slammed with emails?
