Tickets open on Support and No replies

I have had tickets opened since December of last year and added 3 more on the same problem and have not heard a word from support on any of them. Once in while I add a comment to each of them but still nothing.   Should I close them all and start over and hope for the best or leave them all open?

I would leave them open.  I opened two about 2.5 months ago and just got a reply to one of them a couple days ago.  I opened one 2 days ago and eventually they will reply.  They are first come first served so if you open a new one and close the old ones you go to the back of the line.

That is a really long time but I would leave them open. Maybe one day you will get a reply. If you don't, there is no harm in having open tickets.

I would leave them open. You are bound to get a response at some point. I have received responses even after I had forgotten about the ticket.  Also, I submitted a ticket a  few weeks ago, and I received a response within about a week. My issue was fully resolved, so I am sure they are working their way through the tickets.

I agree, no harm in leaving them open, and I personally, try not to duplicate my tickets with an issue, but I accidentally did that awhile back, so I responded on one with an apology, I know they are probably overloaded and under-staffed, so I honestly felt bad about it! Hmmm, maybe I should apply to help them out!!

You can close your own support ticket if you find the answer before they reply.

I don't think they want you or anyone else to apply to help them out. lol  I honestly don't think there are that many people working for Fusion Cash and I think the ones who answer support tickets or respond to things reported to them are people who also do other things.  They do this in their spare time so to speak.  I do think they may need a full time person for this position. lol.

My ticket warning them of hitch's return last month was closed after they banned him (again)

My latest ticket warning them-again- that hitch is back, is still open.

I think the-powers-that-be deal with that stuff like once a month.
