Have you ever had a dream that was so scary that you could not go back to Sleep? This happened to me the other night. I don't like having bad dreams.

I recently read that dreams are a way of solving your daytime problems because your brain is working it out for you.

But I too dislike having bad dreams. Seems like I never have a good one.

But if I do have a good dream, I always wake up before I find out what happens.  :confused1:

I have, and if I wake up and try to go back to sleep I will slip right back into that dream :( So I have to lay with my eyes open for a bit, and start thinking about something else, maybe change positions etc, then I will be ok

Had one where they're were a bunch of people in the house all talking at once. Glad to wake up to a quiet house.

I have had many different kinds of dreams including yes bad dreams. Sometimes I would witness a crime and it would seem so real that I would wake up and Google my dream to see if it actually happened. My life could have been a horror film!

I'm afraid that finding out my dream had really happened by Googling it, would freak me out so much that I'd never sleep again!

I hate when I am in the middle of a really good dream and then wake up and it is like gee whiz  I wanted to finish that.

I barely had a bad dream now that I'm older. When I was young I got a lot of bad dreams.
