what do you do to reduce stress in your life

Okay, pretty corny; but doing things for others and being grateful for what you have relieves stress and makes you feel pretty darn good. 

That being said, taking a hot shower or bath, breathing nice scents like cinnamon, lavender or lilac, taking a short nap, and/or getting a good night's sleep, doing some reading, doing a crossword or jigsaw puzzle, talking to a friend, stretching your muscles, getting a massage, or watching a good movie all help with stress.

I think happy thoughts, and take deep breathes, and pet my cat.

Stay away from negative people and I like to walk; very relaxing!

I stay away from family,  It gets to be so annoying, so stay away from them and stop answering my phone.

Walking outdoors, gardening, fishing, taking a bath, and hitting something, but not someone.  If all else fails, I will resort to going to the cemetery.

I have had so much stress in my life since a young age mostly because I care too much for people who don't care about me. I dealt with it for years but lately it has come back and most days I wish I could shut myself away.

Excellent point on eliminating negative entities from our lives,
I started doing this years ago. It can be lonely at times but thats much better than the alternative.

I personally use exercise as my coping mechanism for stress, I've used it since college & it has helped me tremendously. I can totally tell when I don't exercise, I can feel the stress creeping in to my muscles, etc... 

I also try to eliminate negatives in my life, like people who tear you down & are pessimistic all the time... t's so exhausting, best to cut those people out or they become like dementors & suck the life out of you.

If I get really stressed, I just go outside and start jogging for a couple miles or so. It really gets rid of all stress and anxiety lurking in the body and generally keeps you feeling great for the whole rest of the day.

I try and pray for serenity; depending on how stressed out I am, sometimes it works. Other times I just need to sit in silence and try and calm myself down.

i like to play my ukulele and sing happy songs or learn non traditional songs on the uke like some rap songs haha
