Complimentary Energy Efficiency Products

My Energy company had an insert in my monthly statement offering complimentary energy efficiency products.

I ordered some weather stripping, rope caulk sealant, window film kit, and energy-saving shower heads.

Our rental house needs some winterizing!

It probably is not enough to actually winterize your home.  Probably either a small sample or a picture.  Our electric company has an appreciation day every year.  They had a goodie bag this year that had a water bottle and one of them draw string sling bags and some of the little things you put in plugs so kids can't shove stuff in there. lol

Hopefully you will get something you can use.  But that sounds like an extensive list to get for free and then everyone in the area get it for free as well.

I probably get those too in the bill but never really look at the little inserts that  come with the bill. I just take care of the bill and that is it. I should start looking at them just for that reason

Our water and power company has programs where they will do a lot of the winterizing kind of work for free for you.  They are trying to get everyone to be more energy efficient.  They check all your filters etc.  You should all check with your local companies to see what they have to offer.

Wow! I think it's great that your energy is offering all that free winterizing equipment. Our energy company has never offered anything for free and I have been doing business with it for over 40 years.

Ours does not do anything for free.  If they come out to your house YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

Our energy company will do a free evaluation of your home and tell you what areas may be providing problems with high cost of electric bill; they do provide  and install  complimentary energy efficient light bulbs and shower heads so that is good; but any other work  we have to get done on our own.

i have no idea if our energy companies does anything like! i have never heard of it, im going to have to do some investigating

i had an energy audit of my home and it got new cfl lightbulbs and power strip and new showerhead
