I've never once had an issue with a support ticket always answered. But I could think of a reason why some aren't answered. The language used and your tone. If you come off as aggressive and pushy who would want to reply to that. An example but it's so true.
Yep I agree! Believe it or not, kindness works so much better! They do have other things to do too, it's not like they are just sitting around waiting for support tickets to come in. Plus, who knows how many members (active) there are here now. I put in a support ticket quite awhile back, but it wasn't terribly important, so I stated that I knew they were busy and to answer when they could.
