I have a support ticket opened right now as I speak ( type ). It's one of just a small handful of tickets that I have ever generated in the years that I have been a member. What that says about me is that I have very little problems here.
Whether my ticket gets an answer, gets resolved or gets closed with no response, I just simply move on. There are plenty of other offers, surveys, etc. that are waiting for me.
If your problem is so big that you have to bring it to the attention of admin. try sending another ticket.
