I had this offer available again today, so I tried it. I got through the videos and was able to click the claim button this time. However, even after allowing for a long delay, I have received no credit.

I usually skip those videos anymore unless I know for sure that they are going credit or not.

The last time I tried it, a few days ago, I got credit.  What usually happens is I start it running, then get distracted and don't get back to the claim button in time to click it. In THAT case, I understand why I don't get to collect my credit!

I finally got a Quiz Diva that would load!  Hearthstone and NBA quizzes keep showing up on my video page empty, but the quiz on U.S. States was live.  It was easy and fun because all you had to do was identify the state by its shape among the four choices that are provided.  Keep an eye out for this one.
