They gave a list of the worst candy to get on Halloween today on the radio. Candy corn was at the top followed by Circus Peanuts, Peanut Butter Kisses, Wax Cola Bottles, Necco Wafers, Tootsie Rolls, Smarties, licorice, Good & Plenty and Bit-O-Honey.

I can remember being disappointed with lots of candy I got on Halloween. How funny. Some of it I wouldn't even touch with a ten-foot pole, you know. :crybaby2:

The only Halloween candy that I actually like is the snack-sized candy bars. Yum, yum! The rest is junk candy to me, though I liked a lot of it when I was actually a kid. Now pretty much the only candy I like at all involves chocolate, nuts, and caramel!  :peace:

I tend to pick a couple things out to eat and check all that she gets and let her have a few and put it up from her then give as treats.

My children has been out of the house for many years so we no longer go trick or treating and since we live in an area where mostly empty nesters live, we don't get visitors on halloween.  Needless to say, I don't but candy and make every effort to stay away from the stuff.

I believe it. Every year I almost singlehandedly eat whatever candy doesn't get trick or treated. It's a tough job but someone's gotta do it
