As far as when I mow my yard, suck it up buttercup, none of your business.  YOU, THANK GOD, do not live any where close to me! I don't think any of my neighbors lay in the bed all day so mowing in the early morning is not an issue.

Oh my gosh! Your neighbor needs to get a life. Would she rather have the dog meow like a cat? Dogs bark, that is what they are suppose to do. Maybe next time bark with your dog at your neighbor.

LOL  Good one!  I agree that the neighbor needs to get a life.  That being said, I am having the same problem.  We have a long haired Chihuahua and a Cockapoo.  Both bark but the Cockapoo is, by far, the worst offender.  I have had complaints from neighbors and one of them is a "dog person" and has a dog.  Other dogs in the neighborhood bark, as well, but, it is always mine that gets the complaints.   I got the Cockapoo a bark collar.  Not shock collar.  It worked very well for a while and then she decided she didn't care.  There are little devices you can turn on, in the house, that stop the barking with sound.  That seems to work real well for the Cockapoo and not so much for the Chihuahua.  There are some that are made to be outside and you could try that when you're out with your pooch.   Personally, if the dog is only barking for 5 min while you play, I would just ignore the neighbor.  I don't know if you could get in trouble for that or not if she did call the cops.  One thing you might want to do, just to document is to take videos of you and the dog while she's barking so they can see how much, how long, how loud in case she does call the cops.

telling  a dog to never  ark is like telling a person to never speak. people are so entitled these days like seriously its wasnt even early in the morning or late at night. bark away doggo
