My husband does chili in the crock pot, so that's my favorite slow-cooker dish. But he also makes stews in there, really anything that can be cooked long for a long time. I've really never used the crock pot myself. I'm more of a one-skillet or baked casserole kind of gal! I will be monitoring this topic closely, though, because I'm curious about what other delicious meals other people might make in the crock pot.  :peace:

I often do chili in the crock pot.  Asian Beef is a new favorite of ours.  Betty Crocker has a lot of crock pot recipes, if you look up that page.  There is a recipe for crock pot pizza that I want to try sometime.

Barbecue.

Any meat. Slow cooker barbecue just falls apart perfectly and I could eat it every day and not get tired of it.

Google cream cheese chicken chilli. I made that for the first time the other day and it was so good. I am actually making it again tomorrow night. It is an easy crockpot recipe I saw on facebook.

I love crock pot dishes.  My husband and I have 4 crock pots in our home.  I keep thinking that one of these days I'm going to take all 4 of them out and go to town fixing 4 different things.

Most likely one of the 4 things will be my Chicken Reuben Bake.  Boneless, skinless chicken white meat, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing ( I make my own dressing )

One of my other favorites is Lemon Chicken Piccata.

Wow, I think it's time to get cooking.

I love crockpot dinners.  I make tons of things, chili, chicken, pork and sauerkraut.  I just made lasagna in my crockpot and it came out so good!

Beef stew is my all time favorite slow cooker recipe. However, barbacoa is also amazing in the slow cooker.

My all time favorite is New England Boiled Dinner (also known as Corned Beef and Cabbage), but Chili Rojo is a close second (with NO BEANS), half Pork and half Beef with all the normal spices cooked about 6 hours. Then we roll it into flour tortillas to make burritos with cheese, fresh onion, cilantro, sour cream, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, oh my gosh I need to go make some right now.
