HTTP ERROR 500 Problem
« on: December 09, 2019, 02:24:03 pm »
Closed all my tickets from 2017 and all of 2018 as it appears they will not be answered.  I did submitted a new  one Saturday for the same problem that has been happening for over a year and received an answer that the problem was fixed which is not.  Ticket was closed by FC so I submitted it again today.  Maybe it will be fixed some day.  Has any one else encountered this error message?

I've been following your posts on your problem of not being able to access FC Surveys for a year.  I can see why you're frustrated.  When looking up the meaning of error codes, as you probably know, Error 500 is on the website's server side of the issue -- an error outside of your control -- and your best bet is to notify them.  You did (many times).

A helpful article on this is found on a site called "Lifewire," under topic '500 Internal Server Error (What it is & How to Fix it).'  This article offers suggestions like clearing cache and cookies, even though it's not caused by caching issues.  It even states this error may be troubleshooted like a 504 error because some servers produce a 500 error when in reality it is a 504.

Hope it does clear up when revisiting later.  We all need to be aware of these issues.

It seems like you have done all you can do.

Do you subscribe to or have any tech support. If so, perhaps you can call tech support.

I am assuming that you can still access FC and do other things on FC. Are you able to do the surveys on the left hand side?

I suggest that you do what you can on FC until your situation gets corrected (if it ever does) and consider joining other sites that offer surveys.

I have reached out to to my tech support at work and they told me there is nothing I can do that FC has to correct the problem on their end.  I do everything I can on this site and have joined other sites for the past three years and have no problems on any of those.

TAP surveys are great. Do what you can on FC and then, as said, there are other sites including survey sites.

I believe that I am banned from FC Surveys as I always get the message that my profile does not match the survey when i try to access but I do get a penny. Those pennies add up. However, I am able to do TAP.

For some reason, you might be banned from FC surveys but instead of getting the not qualify message and a penny, you are getting the error message.

I am satisfied with what I am able to do on FC.

HTTP ERROR 500

Suddenly, as of today, 12/14, I am having this same issue.  I haven't had this problem to this point.  I suddenly saw the title of your post and see that we are having the same issue.  I have tried several browsers and can access other parts of the site, just not any surveys.  If you have been putting up with this for some time, you are a more patient woman than me.

I don't know about the original poster, but I can't access anything on the survey page.  The rest of the site is not a problem.  I find this to be very strange.

Thanks for the information.  I may visit the "Lifewire" site simply out of curiosity. If this is a problem with Fusion's server, it would seem that I couldn't access the site at all!  Very strange!

The only way I can access FC surveys, the actual FC ones (not Tap or Peanut) is through my email. I signed up somewhere to get them sent to my email and I still get the penny DQ or 50 cents for completes. However, a couple times I completed the survey and did not get anything! I sent a help ticket but doubt it will matter. The other day I got 2 completes and got paid for both! But FC surveys don't even show up on my survey page anymore.

I guess that I have been lucky because I can still access FC surveys as well as TAP without any problem.

As said, I believe that I have been banned from taking the FC surveys because I always get a message telling me that I do not qualify even though I always get a penny and the pennies add up.

I have stopped getting the FC surveys via emails.

Hopefully, the situation will eventually get corrected. It seems like you members getting this message have done all that you can do.

I would love to know if Lifewire works.

I no longer get the survey emails from Fusion Cash although I can still access FC surveys from the page. However, I never qualify from the get go but still get my penny.

When I did attempt surveys, I sometimes did not get credit even though I completed them. You are right. it usually does not help to open a support ticket. This is true on other sites that I am on as well and is not just limited to FC.

I no longer attempt surveys longer than 20 minutes.

I've been banned from FC surveys for some time now but do know a HTTP 500 ERROR occurs on the providers' site, not with your internet connection/ computer so there is no solution you can do other than clearing cache, etc which I'm thinking you have already tried

So I got a reply from FC on my support ticket and it read the following:
FusionCash Support
2020-01-04 11:14:56
It is most likely due to your Internet Provider - the site has been up running for a long time.
So I called AT& T and was told this has nothing to do with any internet provider as it has something to do FC Server and website and until they fix it there is nothing anyone else can do.

After I called AT & T  I researched the error and on Livewire found the following :
5xx Server Error
This group of HTTP status codes includes those where the request for a web page or other resource is understood by the web site's server but is incapable of filling it for some reason.
Some common server error HTTP status codes include the ever-popular 500 (Internal Server Error)

Also found the following on https://www.howtogeek.com/305093/what-is-a-500-internal-server-error-and-how-do-i-fix-it/" target="_blank">www.howtogeek.com/305093/what-is-a-500-internal-server-error-and-how-do-i-fix-it/">https://www.howtogeek.com/305093/what-is-a-500-internal-server-error-and-how-do-i-fix-it/
If you try to visit a website and see a “500 Internal Server Error” message, it means something has gone wrong with the website. This isn’t a problem with your browser, your computer, or your internet connection. It’s a problem with the site you’re trying to visit.

Guess we will never know what the problem is!!!
