First descriptor: Monotonous!  After 5 years or so and Fusion dropping a number of earning opportunities, it has become just that most of the time.

Second descriptor: Reliable!  I have been able to cash out every month, but sometimes just barely.  I can't say that about customer service .

Third: Extra! Fusion does provide that little extra for gas in the car or going out to eat with friends or sometimes both!
