When will I get my payment picture bonus??????? HELLO SUPPORT!!!

How about an answer?? I'm getting screwed here lately. I had to cancel a payment picture bonus because I never got it  while waiting SIX MONTHS. Now, I'm still waiting to post my picture payment bonus from JUNE. Why such a long wait? I put in a ticket and it just sits there, as usual.  Is anyone else waiting SIX MONTHS for their picture payment bonus? I don't think so.  It's not much but still, I do the effort, why doesn't support? Why doesn't the owner/owners of this site??? They offer this bonus but don't want to give it?

I'm really getting disgusted with not being able to cash in on the picture payment bonus. Never had this problem until this year. WHY?
