My Support Ticket Was Answered

I have posted that I will be moving on Valentines Day and asked if there might be a FC problem.

I opened a support ticket on January 17th and received a response back yesterday.  I was told that there would be no problem.

So, FC replied in less than a month and given that I have read that support can be very slow, I was pleasantly surprised. It shows that someone is on the other end and reading our tickets.

That's good to hear.  Actually, I have had every ticket answered that I opened.  There have only been a handful in the years since I have become a member but I know for sure that there is somebody on the inside.

So while I'm here right now and while we're on the subject, thank you admin. for taking the time to not only read but care for the issues and concerns that I have personally had.

I'm glad you got a quick response.... maybe things are improving with support and we'll get answers quicker... we'll have to wait and see

That is good to hear!  I have never opened a ticket, but if I do need to, it is nice to know that answers DO come!

I actually got a support ticket response pretty quickly also.   The ticket was just to vent about a long Media Survey that wouldn't submit or credit on the final page.  I certainly did not expect to get credit, (and I did NOT) but I also assumed I wouldn't get support response, so was pleasently surprised.

I remember your original post. I am glad you received a response and that your moving won't affect your use of Fusion Cash. I have not had to send a support ticket recently, but it is nice to know someone is aware of them.

Mine was finally answered and was excited when I saw the email but when I tried to take the FC Surveys the problem was not fixed.  Guess it never will be.

Yeah, I no longer "vent" to admin about surveys not paying, UNLESS it's one of the actual FC surveys I get in my email. But even then, I usually just don't even bother anymore. There's really nothing they can do and I'm sure they get so tired of hearing about it.

What was/is the issue? I don't get any FC surveys on the site anymore, but I signed up to have them sent to my email and I get them all the time there. Even got a $.50 complete yesterday! All of them pay $.50 for completes and should pay a penny for DQ's but I don't always get the penny. :(

I'm glad they clarified that for you, but I was pretty sure it wouldn't be an issue! I mean everybody (pretty much) moves at 1 time or another! Hope your move went smoothly :)
