TAP not crediting

Yes I done two this morning one for 8 cents and one for 1 cent and did not get paid for either so I quit.  I check every couple surveys and see if I am getting paid. I have never been paid later when this screws up. I just don't get the money.  Pennies count and I am not wasting my time if I don't get the pay. I may try again tomorrow.

I had the problem of not getting credited this morning. I have notified TAP so let's hope the glitch is corrected soon.

How do you do that? I have never seen a way to get in to contact with them?  I also do not have an account with THEM. I do surveys for them thru this site.  And notifying this site of the problem is a total waste of time.

Did Tap on another site and the disqual's credited fine..must be FC!!  I opened a support ticket

lol And in 8-9 months you will get a reply that says if they don't get paid they can't pay you OR the site is working fine.  Yeah now! But it wasn't when I opened the support ticket. smh

same here. I just completed 5 or so tap surveys and have not received credit yet.i didn't see any reason why it wouldn't credit. it ststed what i earned and i clicked redeemas i always do. hope they can fix it before tomorrow.

Same here not credit but when I look at my TAP account thru FC I can see the surveys being done but not credited.  I submitted a ticket thru TAP and hope this gets solved.

Ugh. Haven't got my pennies from yesterday and just got a 4 cent DQ from Tap, but not showing in my FC. I sent a help ticket to Tap also. But I think it's on FC's end, because Tap was showing the rewards were applied.

My goodness, you have such a positive attitude! You can contact Tap by clicking on the ;ittle person icon on the far upper right of the survey page. Then click on help. But I believe the issue is on FC's end.

My goodness, you have such a positive attitude! You can contact Tap by clicking on the ;ittle person icon on the far upper right of the survey page. Then click on help. But I believe the issue is on FC's end. 

I agree, I was credited on another site for Tap without any problems this AM, but not here on FC, I disqual'd, got the redeem page for .01, but nothing is on the account.

i just did several and had about 20 cents and got no credit for any of them ! i keep checking hoping its just delayed crediting today but so far nothing

Still the same old story.  I should have been able to do ptc yesterday and today!  No credit from tap surveys.

The problem seems to be with Fusion Cash. According to my TAP account on this site, I have been credited but the money is not showing up in our Fusion Cash accounts. I also can not make my 5 cents and will not be able to do PTC again until the problem is corrected.

Like others, I have opened a support ticket with FC.

Tried tab a gain this morning and did not get paid. So what I did for today counted towards yesterday.  I also did the More quiz time and did not get paid.  I hope he can look at his self in the mirror.
