I emailed Tap support about our problem. Support emailed me back but .....

I was told by "Sarah" that I was given a one time credit. it was suggested that I go to my profile and update.

I emailed "Sarah" back that all the member on FC trying TAP are having the same problem as me.

The credit has not shown up in my FC account. I attempted another TAP and got one cent for DQ'ing but it is not in my account.

I am going to open a support ticket with FC.
                          I also got the same response from Sarah at Tap from my ticket, (more or less a form letter)  It said I'd get a one time credit also but nothing showed up on my account, grrrrrrrrrrr!    :turkey:

Alas, I wish I had videos that I could complete. On the ones I would be eager to try, I keep getting the message that the offers aren't available on my device. And I have a regular Windows laptop. The only ones left are the ones to sign up with a cc and I don't do those. Too much of a chance of forgetting to cancel before getting charged. :(

Tap Research is still not crediting for me this morning, but at least I can qualify for the PTC now.

I hope they fix this issue soon. It is very hard to make the 5 cents without TAP. Luckily I was able to find a survey on Peanut Labs to complete.

I, too, was able to make my 5 cents doing search offers on my video page and then do my PTC. Now, I am going to go back and see if I can earn another 5 cents for the next PTC.

I have been having that same problem and it just now did it again to me. I spent 1 hour  doing surveys before I realized that they weren't crediting to my account, Aggghhh!

Still no payments from Tap.  I only got one video today.  I dread that this will last longer than four days.  Yuck!
