I was sick for several days about three weeks ago. I slept for seventy two hours straight, nasty fever (and chills) and ended up losing over twenty pounds. The sleep was so welcome but I was still exhausted for a week after. My wife and kids were there for me one hundred and ten percent. I am so much more happy when my kids come home, even if they are doing nothing more than sleeping. I get pleasure out of knowing that they are home-safe and sound. Some times I wish they would move home because I enjoy their company so much but realize that they have their adventures and lives to experience. I guess we did a good job of raising them based on how much fun they are to have around the house. We have been having virtual happy hours with them once a week since the coronavirus appeared.

Tresbn00, glad you are feeling better.  A positive outlook should be one of the most important things in our lives right now.

I miss my son when he's at his house.  I love his visits.  Then I am glad to see him go home.

Hopefully this all will pass soon. We have had so much going on in our family, I surely need a break.

I don't think my body or mind would let me sleep that long but you never know and it depends on the situation.

These are definitely trying times. I'm all for family togetherness but in moderation! Lol. That being said I'm very thankful to have my mom with me during self-isolation.  We've come up with a routine that has worked for us so that we aren't getting on each others nerves.

Try and go out for a walk if you are able, that's what I do; I have a car but only use if I need quick thing from pharmacy or grocery store; my hubby is essential so has to go to work every day and has been doing most of the heavy grocery shopping which I normally would do. I am not  use to being in the house all day, I am substitute teacher but since schools
are closed I am here ; so that's why the walks  are helpful for me or I go out and sit on patio and read; since  nothing but trees in our back area so hopefully not picking up anything in the air :-\
