Money being subtracted from account

Hope everyone is healthy; because my account is not.  Everyday for the past month money is subtracted from my account. My account is missing $5.00 or more; most recently minus .68 cents today. I made out a customer service ticket a week ago and have not heard from Fusion Cash.

i am sorry to hear that. my guess is that the money you earned is over 6 months old. if you do not cash out prior to 180 days or 6 months the money you have earned expires after 180 days.
best advice as soon as you earn $25.00 cash out.
You can also submit a support ticket.
If you do FC everyday you should be able to cash out every 3 months.

The same thing happened to me. I was a member and forgot all about doing surveys or really staying up with my acct for months. When I came back about a month ago, I had 6 or 7 dollars in my acct. The next day I lost $5. I was so confused. Then I realized that the credits had expired.

The credits expire. Read the TOS. It explains that after 6 months the credits start to expire and will be deducted from your balance.

Your credits expire after 180 days, so make sure you are able to cash out at least once every 180 days. Your best bet now is to reach the minimum payout requirement as soon as possible and cash out.

The sad part is, if you don't read and heed these comments it will keep on happening until there is nothing left.

This happened to me last time I cashed out, but it was because I was not able to get what I needed within in 180 day window.  Every day that you don't cash out after that 180 day period they subtract money from your account.

Money from my FC account has been subtracted. I look into how this was and found out that participation play a key role into what gets subtracted.

You have to cashout within 6 months or you will start losing money on daily basis until cashout.

This happened to me a while back....I was travelling extensively and could not access FC because I was in hotels in random cities & countries, so I did not want to risk being banned for using an IP that had been used before.  I wasn't able to access FC for about 7-8 months.  When I did, I noticed that I had lost some money.  Now that I am retired from that job and home, I am able to be on the site nearly every day and cash out promptly.

Dang, I just noticed this happening. I've lost at least $3 this week. I would love to cash out and I actually have had more than enough to cash out for a while, but it's mostly in bonuses instead of offers. Very few offers have been available lately and most that I do try, don't credit. So I can't get there, instead I'm sliding backwards
