Yes, it can be very frustrating, but it hasn't always been this way with FC. They used to be right on top of things that needed done or fixed. I'm thinking they maybe got "too big for their britches" so to speak, and there aren't as many in the the admin now, and it's very difficult for them to keep up with everything. It's been almost 6 years since I had to change my address, and it worked just fine then. I'm wondering if maybe it has anything to do with you not having any cash outs yet, I mean before you tried to change your address. Do you have your mail set up to be forwarded? I have only requested a check once in all the time I've been here, and if I remember right, it got lost in the mail, and they had to resend one, so it took twice as long to get it. After that, I just went with Paypal, so much easier and quicker.


I might try again after I get my first cash out. I did finally just do direct deposit for a June payout.  I am hoping that works. We have been moved over a year, so my mail is no longer being forwarded. In the long run, it might be easier to not do a paper check anyway. I don't use pay pal very much so I wasn't wanting to use that as a pay out.

Actually, update. I tried again to change my information and this time I got a different error message. It now says I can't change it since I have a pending cash out. So I will try again after my June direct deposit.

They did not get too big for anything.  It looks like it is more of there is one person showing up on the site once in a blue moon and nobody is really working behind the site any more.  The site is not bigger.  It is smaller and nothing is working. Read the threads in the forum.  All everybody does is complain about how this and that is no longer working.  Or no longer available.

No, you are just 1 of a handful that constantly complains. And how do you know how many they have in their admin as compared to how many members they have? You have no idea what's going on behind their doors. If you can't support them, why are you still here?

OK I understand. Yes, it really is easier, in my opinion, to do DD or Paypal. Plus you get it sooner. But if you do decide to change it to check, I hope it works right after you get your June payment.

The same thing happen to me and I have tried doing it over several days. So I put in a support ticket and waiting to hear back from them.

I have been having the same problem entering my profile information (and have done the same things... clearing the cache, using different browsers and waiting between attempts) .  I have more than enough cash to meet the minimum of $25 and I still can't get my info added to the Fusioncash site.   I even tried to cashout with a check, bit that didnt work.  When i got to the final stage before finalizing the cashout, it shows you the address and name for where the check will be sent.  Mine showed me nothing but the city and state. I didnt end up cashing out at that time because I couldn't verify the check would be sent to me or that it would be made out to me.  I have verified my email and my phone number but I am in the same boat when trying to add my profile information to cashout.  If I figure out or find out how to fix this, I will be sure to post to the community to try and help anyone else.

I have a referral that has this problem.. she has tried everything, even writing to their postal address.. no reply.. and now her balance has gone down 5 bucks so far.. This is the bad thing about waiting to make the amount needed for a cashout.. then.. POOF.. no help from support.  It is awful that this is going on.. then their are posters on this forum that complain that people are complaining... hahaha
