I employed that mind frame in several races that I was not prepared for. By jumping in, putting one foot in front of the other, I would finish some crazy races and felt that just by finishing I was winning. I would than train for a year so that I could move up higher in the rankings/field. I like the game show they created with a similar name "Minute to Win it". I have not watched it in a long time but they used to expose contestants to all kinds of wild tasks like trying to get a quarter into the hole of a five gallon jug from ten feet away within one minute. I would take notes on the different contests and than introduce them at corporate team builders.People loved trying it and it usually generated comments for months as well as helping employees learn the names of others.
