I learned about them two days ago. Just based on the description alone, I am very concerned. Not to say that we do not have enough to worry about with the COVID-19 pandemic and the moron (Trump) running our country into the ground.

I'm mildly fearful of insects.  I'm seriously fearful of big, stinging insects.

The morons running the country in to the ground are the dumorats.  The country was stronger economically than it every has been in the history of America before this virus nonsense started.

Not sure if it is more funny or pathetic that every thread has to turn into "virus" talk or slamming Trump.

I saw it on the news also and the way they rip up bees is no joke.  We will see if someone can keep a hornet in check.

I saw an article about those Murder Hornets too.  They decimated a whole beehive.....
They use their mandibles (cutter jaws) to cut off the honey bee's head, then take the thorax back to their own nest to feed their young.

I hope we are able to eradicate the Murder Hornets because honey bees provide us with many benefits, more than just honey.  They pollinate many of our crops which is extremely important.

I hate insects but having to worry about "Murder Hornets" puts the fear in me. It's hard to believe that these roughly 2 inch long insects are known to kill up to 50 people a year in Japan!  :(

This is really horrifying. There is always something to be concerned about. I hope someone can figure out  how to keep these bees at bay or even destroyed.
