That's what happens when you increase testing. You are going to get more positives. That's not an argument for staying shut.

If people would stay home and be cautious they wont get COVID-19 and they wont get a second wave

This isn't a feasible solution. People need to work and live.

I sure hope there isn't a second wave but there probably will be.
