support tickets
« on: May 10, 2020, 07:25:02 pm »
So I have a serious question. Has anyone on here actually got an answer to a support ticket? I mean for any reason. I have  3 or 4 tickets in for a couple reasons and none of them have ever been actually answered. One question, I figured out myself. Another one was solved with time, and the last 2 haven't been acknowledged  om any way.  Just wondering.

Years ago, I got some good answers from the staff from Fusion Cash but the last couple times, it seemed like it was either an automated response or the person who answered seemed very rude about my question.

So not much hope in getting things solved? That's too bad honestly. I really like the site and for the most part will let things go like not getting credited on a survey or something. But all I want to do is change my address since I moved. I see others have problems entering in new information. It is frustrating. I understand being patient, but my other survey sites usually get back with me within a couple days and actually have a live person emailing about the problem.

I have not submitted a support ticket in a while, but in the past, I have had tickets replied to so late that I had forgotten I had submitted it. In fairness, I have also had tickets replied to within a one week time frame.

Just to compare  Fusion Cash (which I really do appreciate and love the different ways to earn money) to other sites however, I also do other survey sites. Today I had a question on one site,   and I hit the "chat button" I was responded to in a matter of 10 seconds. He was very helpful and answered my question. I really wish we could get that kind of response here. My first ticket dealing with my address change for FC was on April 29th. I have put in 2 more tickets begging for help and no response at all. It is sad that there doesn't seem to be any support.  :(

Back in the day FC was really prompt about answering support tickets but it seems that ship has sailed...Like you said ssarber FC is still a great legit site and there seems to be slimmer pickings every day.    I hope you get your new address issues resolved soon with FC Adm.   As this is not an issue FC members can help you with.

I moved on Valentines Day and before I moved, I notified support that I was moving. I wanted to know if there would be any problem. I received a response back within days telling me that there would be no problem.

I had no problem changing my address after I moved.

Yes.  When I first started on this site support tickets were answered in 2 days at the most.  Then it seemed like it was closer to 2 weeks. And now it is closer to months to never. I had 2 and one of them was answered after a couple of months and the other has been out for about 6 months or more. ::)  And the one they did answer just told me that part of the site was working fine.  Uh no, it wasn't when I submitted the ticket. smh  At this point I would not even bother with a ticket.  Most people are saying the same things. Nobody ever answers them.  It has been a while since I have had issues with anything.  And now if something doesn't work I just assume it is another part of the site going down and don't even bother.

lol Yeah I have got that a couple of times as well.  The time before last when I submitted a ticket the person I talked to was very helpful.  From what I see now there is only one person behind this site and it seems has completely lost interest in maintaining the site.  I think if I had something like this I would make every effort to keep it going to be able to keep it going.

Me too,and my first decision would be to get rid of those that lie and cause trouble and are always in the middle of controversy with others.

I think it depends what you might be asking for from FC.

I know a few people that have sent in hundreds of nonsense requests and that only bogged down members with legit questions. ;D

Still wait for a reply from Fusion Cash about getting my survey section and task to work properly.
