I'm going to assume it was likely a situation where one of them picked it up and then it spread within their household? Prayers and best of luck to all that they get through it safely. Were they generally healthy otherwise before the virus? I certainly hope so.

Yes they were all very healthy. 2 years ago my niece had a new furnace put in. This year she and her fiance started feeling sick and something happened to the furnace. They called in someone to come and check it out and it turns out the furnace was put in wrong. The guy who was there to fix it was coughing and sneezing and my Niece asked him if he was sick. He said no and that it was just allergies. Well, low and behold 2 days later my Niece started feeling sick, went to Drs, explained what happened and so they decided to check her. Came back positive for the corona. While the furnace was getting fixed they lived with her Mom so yes it went right through the house :(...i'm just hoping the repair man didnt know that he had it himself.

I doubt the repair man KNEW he had it.  If he did, as in he had tested positive, and was out working he could be charged with a criminal offense.

This is actually the first time I have heard this happening. There have been 20 cases total through in all in my county (with all but a couple fully recovered) and not one time did any one else in the house hold get sick.  Even talking to people online who state they have had this they said nobody else in their household other than them got it.

This virus has a 98% recovery. But people are so paralyzed by fear because of the media they only focus on the negative.

Oh it's real alright. My Sister in law was rushed to the hospital last night. You seem to NOT be taking covid 19 as a serious matter and that is why I believe my area should and will be staying closed, announced yesterday....just because you never heard of such a thing, it doesnt mean it's not happening...I'm seeing it right now.

lol  You need to calm down.  I never said it was not real.   ::)  You seem to just look for reasons to be offended.  Not going to give you the fight you are looking for. lol  You may as well get ready for it because the country is fixing to open back up whether you want it to or not.  What part of NINETY EIGHT PERCENT survival rating do you not understand.  Less than 2 % of the people who get this die. Which in case you do not understand is a GOOD thing. It means there is an excellent chance your family members are going to be just fine.  Most it is no worse than the common cold IF they even know it is that bad.

I am so sorry they are all sick.  I'm praying that they all make a full recovery.  As of yesterday my county has a total of 3,440 cases and we are still in total lockdown .  Hopefully you will hear good news from them soon.  Keep us posted.

You do not seem calm. There was nothing wrong with what I said but yet you come back at me all angry.  I am curious you say there is 400 in your city with this virus.  What is the total population in your city?  Because that make a difference.  If you live in a city with 100,000 or more people then 400 is not a big deal.  Yes the virus is real.  And yes it would be scary to have it especially if you buy in to the media hype. But if you pay attention and look at the numbers for yourself it is not a death sentence.  Less than TWO % of the people who get this die.  Most recover at home with no real issues.  People die with the flu every year too.  SO that also can be a scary thing.

You can tout we are staying CLOSED all you want.  And keep the caps coming with the CLOSED.  But people every where are starting to rebel against these rules.  The point is things are going to start opening back up.  No matter what you personally want.  YOU can stay at home if you want but others are starting to see the same thing I have.  When this first started I was really concerned. But now I have woke up and seen the truth.  You can find online charts that tell the numbers for every county in the country.  It tells positive cases, recovered cases, and deaths.  When you look at these things for yourself this whole thing seems a lot less scary.

And saying this is the first time I have heard of an entire family being infected is not a bad thing nor did I say you were not telling the truth.  Just simply made a statement but you come back at me with a smart remark. If anybody else had said it your response would have been totally different.  Like I said, I have seen where most times only the one person in the household is positive.  So there ya go.  It is really sad that people cannot have a discussion without getting all offended and wanting to argue about every thing. smh  Oh well.  Guess that is just a perk of being locked in your home for so long.

Why do you try to fight with me about every thing? You go away.  Just hit the ignore button if you do not want to see my comments.  You would think, you claim to be an adult, you could have an adult conversation.  Let's put an LOL in there so it seems less harsh.  ::)

OMG is parnoia setting in? Countrygirl this is just the way I talk, to EVERYONE. How can one tell if someone is being nasty or not via a message?. If we was talking face to face I would have the same calm tone. Just because you are not well liked dont take EVERYTHING or EVERYONE being against you....you have an ignor button too dont you? if you think i'm looking for a "fight" or being so mean or angry towards you, then why would you even want to talk such an aweful person that you are trying to portray me as? you can hit that ignor button just as well as I can :)

lol Paranoia? Where did that come from?  I can turn that right back around on you. You say how can't you tell if someone is being "nasty" from a post.  Well I can say that exact same thing back to you.  Go back and read the first thing I said. There was nothing wrong nor negative about it.  But you take it as it is and come back being snarly.  And I am not sure where you are getting I am not well liked.  Guarantee I am as well or better liked that you.  Oh wait, I guess you did get what you wanted. Someone to argue with you. lol  I am not worried about the "ignore" button.  YOU are the one who is always trying to put me down.  Oh well, if it makes you feel good then by all means go for it.  Does not bother me at all.  I pretty much could guarantee no matter what I said to you that you would want to argue with me. And fyi I could care less if YOU someone who I do not know nor want to know likes me or not.

You seem to really be buying in to the fear monger.  And that is fine too.  I choose not to live in fear.  Try it.  You will be a whole lot happier.
