Delay in turning in for credit.
« on: June 01, 2020, 08:07:54 pm »
I was  not able to get to my computer yesterday to cash out because of curfews in my area.  Is it possible  to turn in to day for credit for May?   Please let me know.

I could be wrong, but I think if you cash out after the last day of the month, you will get the credit around July 20.

I might be wrong but if you cash out on June 1st, you will probably. not get paid until July.

I think that in order to get paid by June 20th, you have had to cash out by May 31st.

I always cash out a day or two early just in case something goes wrong.

No.  That is why you do not wait until the last minute to do the cash out.

This is correct.  Yes, you can cash out today but you will be paid the middle of July. I have never understood waiting until the last minute to cash out.

yes, you need to cashout by the last day of the month to get paid by the 20th of the next month... I cashout the day before the end of the month just in case something happens,,, if I should make a lot of credit on the last day, it will just go towards next month's amount

As others have said, you can cash out anytime now; but won't get paid until July 20th. I ran into the same thing. I was trying to change my address on here for over a week in April, but wasn't able so I decided to wait until May to cash out and now won't be paid til June. The good news is that you get an extra big payout if you wait  :)

A while ago because of rolling blackout in the area I lived in they were kind enough to allow me to turn in one day late and still pay out for that month.  I was hoping it was possible again.  I know the rules, was just hoping to get it this month instead of next.  I usually CASH OUT about 4 or 5 days before the end of the month, but sometimes things happen.

I do not understand how it is so hard to change your address.  All you have to do it log in and update your info. You do not have to create a support ticket.

Well at least now you have another month to add some more to your total for cashing out. Just make sure you don't wait until the last few days to cashout :)

Some people have mentioned before that they had troubles with updating their address so that could be it. In that case, they would probably need to contact support.

lol If only were that easy.  I have been trying since March and only get an error message. 2 or 3 support tickets and no answer.

You can cash out at any time. In this case, if you cash out on June 01st, you would receive the payment around the 20th of July. The last day to cash out and receive a June payment would have been the last day in the month of May, which was May 31st.

Well happily for me, in the years that I have been with F/C this is the second time I have had a problem with being able to apply for credit by deadline.  And this is the 2nd time that they have graciously allowed me to be a day late and still paid me for that month.  Both times was under extreme circumstances, I appreciate their understanding and hope that any of you who have a problem will get the same kind treatment.

Whoa, how did you get them to make the exception for you? I usually cashout a few days before to be on the safe side, but it'd be useful to know this information. I didn't think they'd allow exceptions to be made to cashout times.
