I take the prescription ativan 2 or 3 times a week. Just half a pill. Some nights I don't need it,but some I do.  Last night at 1am was cleaning out my dresser  that's what you do when you can't sleep.  I've had insomnia for years.

me!!! LOL I never get the same amount twice. Sometimes I go to sleep at 1 am, othertimes 6am. Depends if I have a good book or movie Im watching or reading

I used to have trouble but I've gotten in the habit of getting up early, now that I'm on an early schedule I wake up naturally early without an alarm and have very little trouble falling asleep quickly. As long as I don't accidentally fool around on my phone for too long in bed.

I don't get enough sleep.  Most of the time it's my fault.  I have a 3 yr. old grandson that still struggles to have a good nights rest.  I feel like I nap all night long instead of actual sleep.

I have trouble all the time. I have 2 different doctors working on my sleep problems. Hopefully I get things worked out soon.

Last night I went to bed about midnight and didn't get up until 10AM this morning, so I never can tell. This was highly unusual and I have no idea why.

I usually go to bed at 11:30 but then I’m up anywhere between 1:30 to 2:30.  I get up and go into the family room for about 1 hour so I don’t wake him up.  I’ll go back to bed, but again wake up between 5 and 5:30 and then I’m up for good.   I would love to sleep the whole night.

I didn't get enough sleep last night because I had to work 10 pm to 2 am and then had the get up at 7 am this morning to go out of town.

hypoglycemia and hypotension been giving me fits the past 2 days..so sleeping hasnt been comfortable at all

I have never been a good sleeper. Have trouble falling asleep and then staying asleep. It's hard for me to shut my mind off at night.

I've always been an insomniac and a night person, even when I was little kid.  Often I have a hard time falling asleep,even when exhausted.   :P

I usually sleep pretty good.  The neighbors dogs have barked a lot lately but I found out a couple days ago there was a bear out there.  SO I am guessing that is what they were barking at.  I did not get up and look.  Maybe I should have. lol  One of the other neighbors saw it. Maybe I should leave a sandwich on the back porch...
