I'm so sorry to hear about your pastor.  How very sad.  I don't think people can take this threat as seriously until they've had a personal connection with the havoc it can wreak.  We had a friend in the hospital for 40 days.  His doctors nicknamed him Lazarus because he should not be alive today.  His wife, son, and son's wife all caught it presumably from him.  His wife and son also had hospital stays, but his daughter-in-law, who tested positive, did not have symptoms. The safety guidelines during this time should not be taken lightly.
Do u know the biblical story with Lazarus?

I am so sorry for your loss. Covid 19 is such a terrible disease, we are staying home and rarely leave the house. Please stay safe.

One hundred and forty thousand, one hundred and eighty five thousand more lives (in the United States) to be exact with over two hundred and fifty thousand deaths being forecast by the Center for Disease Control. The world is at five hundred and eighty seven thousand, seven hundred and ninety deaths. I wonder if the naysayers are beginning to reassess their stance that this is 'just a flu'? Probably not as the donald still doesn't take it seriously unless it affects his re-election hopes. I am sorry to hear about your Pastor (and friend). My circle of friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances appear to have taken this seriously (some too seriously) as none of them have reported being sick. We had one co-worker that got Co-Vid in February (she survived) which is when our company told eight thousand people to work from home till further notice.

Some people are not taking this Virus serious, but it have not hit their house.  Please people wear your mask if you are out in public or just stay home if you can.  Be Safe.

In our area a twenty-something passed a few days ago, one of the last things he said before he died was "They said this was all just a hoax".  He went to a party with a lot of people taking no precautions because they were told it was just a hoax, wonder how many more deaths will appear because of this party and a president who keeps saying it is a hoax.

Sorry to know your pastor passed away. This covid 19 is bad I wish people would wear a mask and social distance.  I stay at home so does my husband. Our son who lives with us has to go out to work and shop  etc worried even though he wears a mask could get it. Maybe a vaccine  will come by Dec let's hope  not much of a believer in God but will say pray for that.

Sorry for this loss especially wondering who will care for his wife now and how she will do.  Yes this virus is horrible.  All we can do is pray and be as careful as we can.

I'm sorry to hear about this.  So many people have died or are sick with this terrible virus.  I can't imagine what this is going to do for his wife or if she will ever realize that he is gone.
