There are no surveys available on my Main Page! what the heck is going on??! Yes I put in a support ticket.

Are you talking about the FC Survey page?   I have plenty of surveys there and was even credited 4 times today, 2 30 cent surveys and 2 40 cent surveys.

Try anotha browser and see. what are you using and also check to see if real player is working and you have drivers for vid card.

I would try another computer hooked up to my own network to rule out anything other than your computer being at fault, which it most probably is.

I'm seeing surveys as usual on my side. In fact, I just did one worth 16 cents which helped me qualify for tomorrow's PTC. Maybe try clearing your cookies or log in again to see if it fixes the problem?

I would try to reboot my computer. What browser are you using?

I have plenty and it seems that everyone else does also.

Reboot your computer and try another browser. Hopefully support can help you with your problem.

Yes, I have rebooted my computer
I do see Tap Research on the left side
The Browser I am using now is Microsoft Edge, but with the problems it was Google Chrome
I have a Windows 10.

This happens to me all the time and when I do have something there it doesn't credit, especially the coupon videos.

I haven't had FC surveys for a very long time, however, I do have them set up to come to my email inbox. I still get a penny for dq's (for most of them anyhow) and occasionally get a complete which pays $.50. My Peanut Lab surveys haven't worked for quite awhile either. If you are referring to the FC surveys, I'd suggest having them sent to your email. But if you are looking to get your 5 cents for the PTC, I'd suggest Tap surveys.

May be tried updating your personal information again so the system can refresh, I did it once which helped

In my opinion, that's probably about as good as it's going to get. As long as Tap stays around and working correctly, I'll be happy! I have a bunch of FC surveys in my email right now that I need to go work on, but I don't know when I'll get to them!
