I used to be very diligent with my fitness, but I've had a year of health setbacks and felt less than inclined to workout during lockdown. Yay depression. :(

I walk three days a week and do light weights at home on the other days; so far working pretty good for me. Will keep this routine up until the winter; then probably go to the  mall to walk early in the mornings before stores opens; they allow that  at the mall in our area,

I always went for a walk everyday doing my 10,000 steps per day.  I can't do that anymore because I have Arthritis in both knees.  I hate this.  I have always enjoyed exercising.
