I moved in February and had no trouble changing my address.
By March, everything had been locked down because of The Virus. I wonder if Covida has had anything to do with support tickets not being answered and all the glitches members are having.
All of the problems must be because of COVID as most if not all of these issues have started since then. However programming and software wouldn't have changed due to COVID. Just attention to help tickets and responses to community forum. Essentially anything that requires a person to address. If this is a one-man-show, wouldn't there have been issues before COVID? Or were there issues starting before COVID? A simple note on the community forum from someone would help.
I just hope that whoever is on the administrator side is okay, safe and healthy. If we knew, we could show more support for them. Actually, we probably should be showing more support anyway.
I have been with FC 10 years or more. It was a completely different site when I joined. There were two or more administrators on the site. Support tickets were answered promptly. Administrators would jump into forum discussion. FC was always growing and there were always new ways to earn.
The site seemed to change about three years ago and has gone downhill from then. I do not know what the problem is but it is obvious that only one person now administers it.
It seems that new members are mostly the ones having technical problems with the site like updating information or cashing out especially that first time
UPDATE: The name of the administrator who was very active with members is Kohler and he is long gone. Other times "Administrator" posted. That has not happened in a very long time.
