After you requested it, did you get an email saying your request was approved? If you did be patient, it does take a long time.

When the online statement is showing on your screen, do a screenshot of it and edit out the personal information to send in. If that is too technical for you, just send a picture of what you bought with it.

Oh, so you haven't tried it out yourself yet. Doubt it'll work as proof of payment, to be honest. I'll stick to posting my Paypal screenshot.
