For some reason it will not let me finish setting up my profile and I can't add a payment method either.Help please

You're not alone. Many new people are having the same issue. Probably your best bet is to send in a help ticket with all your info you want to input and hopefully admin will do it for you. No one knows why it isn't working correctly. Good luck!

I have been having the same problem.  I have been trying to enter my profile information since March.  I have submitted help ticketd and nothing has helped.  I feel this is only a problem that the website Administrators can fix.  One of my help tickets i submitted got a response that they were happy i brought the issue to their attention and they have sent it to the appropriate department to get resolved.  That was 2 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. I am inside of 2 weeks shy of the 180 days where they will start taking money away that I have gotten from doing stuff on their site offers.  I am at my wits end about it and just wish they would fix the problem.  If they fix it, I really won't have a need for any other help tickets unless cashing out doesnt work.  I am in the same boat and if i find something out, I will be sure to let you know here. I am so sorry this is happening to you too!!  It is really upsetting.

Only things i could suggest is try another browser. I mostly use chrome but when things on sites don't work quite right i switch it up to edge or firefox. Yes edge has its purposes here and there not many but some

I'd send in a ticket with your info..I haven't had to change any info since I joined so can't say why you're having trouble..hope you get it fixed

I, a recent recruit, had the same problem (results were the same as well regardless of browser) and sent a support ticket on August 13th.  However, I got no response.  Anyone having the same supposed lack of communication?

I have also submitted help tickets.  I did get a response to one of them that they are forwarding on the request to the right department and are glad that I brought it to their attention.  Unfortunately, no resolution to the actual issue has been provided.  I have submitted other help tickets for this and they have not responded. 

When you submit a ticket, the Fusioncash site says they will get back to you in 2 business days.  Unfortunately that has not happened.   Interestingly, the site just recently said it would get back to you in 48 hours (instead of 2 business days) ... so it seems they have hopefully started to change something.  I know that 48 hours is the same as 2 days but the actual wording did change which reflects there is activity going on at their end. 

I am still hopeful even though i will begin to lose credits due to their lack of attention to my original request which was sent in at beginning of March.

I'm so very sorry to all of you experiencing this issue :( It stinks when you do everything on your end right and are helpless to go any further without the other end doing their part. I guarantee though, FC was not always like this. The admin used to be on the ball about everything. I think they just don't have enough people to deal with all that's on their plates right now.

Thank you for you compassion, Tuffys_daughtr.  That really means a lot.  It is good to know Fusioncash hasnt always been like this.  It gives me further hope they will get it figured out.

Hopefully this issue gets fixed so you can get your bonus. Then you can really get busy with the offers and start  earning some big bucks :)

You need to contact support. Nobody in these forums can do anything about it.  And the person behind the site does not respond to help questions posted in the forums.

I do not understand how you are able to do anything on the site if your profile is not complete.  I had to do that before I could access the site.
