ERROR message when I fill out my account info.

Hello, I'm new but every time I go to fill out my Account Info page it gives me an error after hitting submit. I can't even get onto doing anything or get my $5 bonus until I can get that page filled out. I have been trying for over a week. Any help, please?

I feel bad for you because support tickets don't get answered. I have tried to change my address for 6 months. Doesn't work and sent in 2 support tickets with no answer. It is a really frustrating. Sadly the support folks don't seem to care at all

Try antha browser than the one you using. Opera, firefox are a couple of example.

A lot of members are having the same or similar problems. Open a support ticket and hope for the best.

Yes, please submit a support ticket. I have some in for the very same thing.

This should have been fixed at least 6 months ago as that is when i first brought it to their attention. 

This conversation wouldn't even be happening if they had fixed it.  Now, I am losing credits every day because of their lack of attention to this issue.

I get this same error message when I try to change my address.  I have sent two support tickets, but thus far nothing has been done to correct this situation.

This is STILL something that is not fixed and they STILL DONT answer support tickets. I waited to long this site don’t seem like they care about who signs up or who has issues with their site. Not the site for me. Closing my *bleep* down not worth the wait or time when I got sites I can get paid the same day I cash out in my PayPal and super easy don’t need to validated PayPal. I’ll go back to that. Thanks fusioncash for not caring and losing a client. ☝️

Im so sorry, I had this problem last March on trying to change my address. It has never been solved.  Good luck. It is so frustrating.

I am curious as to where you can get paid the same day you cash out in your pay pal to an UNVERIFIED Pay Pal account.  Yes, some do transfer the same day to PP but you have to have a verified PP account. You can't even use PP until your account is verified.

Im so sorry, I had this problem last March on trying to change my address. It has never been solved.  Good luck. It is so frustrating.

This is not a problem for every one. I have at least 3 people who have signed up and have not had any issues setting up their account. Filling in their address or anything. I don't know why a select few are having issues. I do have some suspicions as to what the issue is.
