I think the company is in Santa Cruz a beautiful city but devastated  by fires.  Maybe that's got something to do with it.  Remember going to the beach boardwalk   loved it.

If the website Administrators are affected by the wildfires or anything else, they need to communicate as such.  One post to the forum would solve many many questions. 

The fires in the area have only been going on for two weeks.  The issues on the site have been for atleast 6 months. 

Regardless of the issue, a post on the forum would help everyone.
