Rude and Insensitive people/ Nasty
« on: September 20, 2020, 09:31:51 pm »
When people make topics about certain things, you never know what they are going through. I can't sit here and say someone's topic is stupid, like what? ??? because that's Saying this,  If you can't say anything nice, positive, or uplifting don't say anything at all. If I see a post that makes me upset,or one I don't understand,  I don't respond and on I go to another topic. It's not hard. And if you get a response from someone coming back at you, what do you expect? Stop trying to make others feel bad. We have enough going on in this world as it is and all we need to do is be kind. It's not hard.

This is very true. Stop, pause, and move on if the topic is not your cup of tea.

I was always told if you don't have anything nice to say to someone, then don't say anything at all.  You don't have to be rude to people to get your point across.

I'm with you, Mizzkizz.

Thanks I appreciate you!  DREAMYXO jumped in the comments saying I needed professional help if I'm losing sleep and dwelling on something that happened 20 yrs ago. I was asking if anyone ever had Birthday Anxiety for planning parties for their kids. Whether it's going on now or then I still experienced it and maybe I could help someone going through that now who can relate. Then you have DONNAMARG323 teling me to lock my topic as if it's stupid. Like I said if you don't like it scroll by and don't commit. I'm sick and tired of people like that.
And it's only natural for me to respond, some may ignore but I won't.

Exactly. It's too much negativity going on in this world now. We need to pull together, really.

Yep and I sure hope I haven't been guilty of this on any level because I certainly don't want to be that kind of person and I do at the same time think everyone is entitled to their own opinion but there is a way to say everything and it doesn't have to be rude or insensitive.

A lot of people can still be upset about stuff that happened a lot time ago. It does not mean anything is wrong with you.  As for having anxiety as you put it because you want to make sure something is as awesome as you want it to be.  Nothing wrong with that at all.

Sometimes the way you are thinking it when you type it and the way somebody else reads it are totally different.

Exactly, everyone has their own right to their opinion; I may not agree with someone but I am not going to be rude because they don't share my view on something. We can all disagree, without being disagreeable.

When Thumper's mom asked him what his father said, he replied "If you can't somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at all."

Very good advice, Thumper. Your dad's a genius.  :star:

Quote from the movie Bambi for those who are unfamiliar with the bunny rabbit dude, Thumper.  ::)
