Gluten Free
Dairy Free
Carb Free
No/Low Sugar
No GMOs
Sustainable
Natural
Organic
Few Ingredients
If I have missed any, please feel free to add what is important for your diet.  I like low sugar, sustainable, and organic.  How about you?

We try to buy products that are low in sugar because my hubby has diabetes, but that's about it. All the other stuff we buy is just regular stuff.

No but I try to eat plenty of veggies and not much salt.  Chips are my weakness.

I try to eat oatmeal every other morning. It's hard to stay away from starches but I try. I love salads to stay full.

No. I eat pretty much what ever I want. I will buy non GMO if I see it but I do not seek it out.

I try to count calories than I do the fasting my last meal should be by 6 pm. Early bird meal eater as a young person too.

We go for low carb, low fat at our house due to our diets, and I like no GMO's and natural!  I don't like to eat a string of ingredients that I can't pronounce and don't recognize!

I love sweets, but now I have to stop doing that.  My Doctor told me just the other day that I was Pre diabetic.  That scares me. So I eat better and treat my body right.
