Administrator Responses to help Tickets Submitted
« on: October 10, 2020, 07:50:00 am »
I was just curious.....
Everyone has suggested to submit a help ticket to Fusioncash for problems relating to the site (which makes sense).

But...
Who has gotten a response and when was that response?
Finally, has anything changed since you received the response?

The last one I submitted was in April of this year, and it is still open with no replies. But it wasn't super important so I'm not fretting over it.

I submitted a question regarding my move to another address last March and got a response back about a month later telling me that there was no problem.

I opened a ticket about porno on the site about three or so months ago. It was taken care of. I got a response back about two months later saying that it had been taken care of.

I also opened a ticket telling FC that their certificate had expired. That was taken care of and a month or two later, I got a response telling me that it had been renewed.

So, tickets are being monitored if not always responded to.

I submitted a ticket over a month and a half ago about not being able to change my address because I have moved and still have not received a reply.  Then I send a response to that ticket a month ago and got an e-mail that they have received it, but it is still open.  I also cashed out at the end of August.  The check was processed and mailed on September 20th but to this date (October 10th) I have not received the check.  It should have gone to my old address since I can't change it and then forwarded to me.  I also can't track the check because I get an error.

I tried to do an address change last March. Sent 2 tickets and I never received any response. I gave up. So now I am stuck getting DD whether I want it or not.

You probably will not receive it.  Not if you were not able to change your address on your own.  It will go to the old address on file.  I will never understand why people do not use PayPal. It is safe and reliable. That way even if you move you still will get paid.  Maybe who ever is at your old address will return to sender or try to forward to you if they know how. Or they may just throw it in the trash. I done both when people kept getting mail at my address months after I had moved in. The house sat empty for a couple years so it was funny they were still getting mail here any way.

Why would you want a check mailed to you?  It can get lost and you don't get it.  PayPal is the safest.  And they do not have you bank account info.

It was my preference since I rarely need or use paypal. I wanted cash. But at this point I really didn't get a choice. Sadly I should've been able to change my address back then.

But they do not send cash. They send a check. Yeah you should have been able to change the address but apparently certain people can not do that. It does not make sense how some it works fine and others aren't able to do anything.

Did you submit to cash out? Have you looked under My Account and then My Cashouts?  Does it say it was approved? Denied? Pending?

Are you able to have future money sent to PayPal or direct deposit?
