did anyone else not get their cashout and get this: Fulfillment Status: BO Exception, posted 2020-10-21.
this is only the second time it has happened since I joined...I sent in a ticket like I did the last time and hope it gets fixed

I didn't try to cash out, but forgive my ignorance; what does "BO exception" mean?

I attempted to look it up to let you know, but the only thing I could get out of it was that BO stands for business object. Best definition I could get online that explained it simply was, "It means something is not implemented correctly in our code." That was the closest I could get to a definition. Hope that helps. If not, I guess we all remain clueless. :confused1:
