Is this site halfway defunct?

It truly has lost it's glimmer recently, but the money still spends. I have been here since 2007 and seen slumps before, but it has always come back in time. They give us six months to earn the $25 to cashout, so it still makes a good back burner site.

IMO, they keep you on your toes trying to find new ways of cashing out.  It makes you use your brain. What???!! 

Anyways, they're always changing their format.  They've changed a lot since I first came on here. Very different.
