I do grocery pickup via walmart and they are very good about returns which they should be because you are not able to pick out your own stuff.  Credits for unsatisfactory products are done on line and it is a breeze.

Return it to the store. If the store does not accept your request,
mail it back to the maker/manufacturer requesting a refund.
Explain your dissatisfaction about the product. The company needs
to know why you do not like the product...so they can improve its quality.
