The tournament has snuck up on me a bit this year....been 2 years since there wasn't one last year...who's going to win? Who do you want to win?

I don't know if I really even have a favorite (in terms of who I am rooting for). I am a BIG Buckeye fan in football, but I am a bit lackluster in my support of their basketball team, which I suppose is a shame given what they did this year up until they hit a skid.

I have not actually watched any college basketball this year (just followed the scores and some of the news & highlights), so I haven't seen anyone enough to have an truly informed opinion, but I think what Gonzaga has done has been pretty amazing - so that is who I have coming out on top in my bracket and they are my only non-Big-Ten-pick for the Final Four.

I know my bracket will get busted big time, but I picked a few early round upsets (there's always a few, but the trick is to pick the right one) and I have Illinois beating OSU and Gonzaga beating Michigan in the Final Four. We are doing a bragging rights bracket pool in my house this year - with my wife (who has ZERO interest in basketball, but is willing to play just for fun) and my teenage daughter (who has very little interest in basketball, but was bit by the bracket bug after she saw other classmates doing it) both joining in. It should be fun - and they will probably both outscore me!

Boy, they have already had some big upsets.  And the controversy over the men's vs The facilities is a big deal.  In the past many of the man's sports paid for lots of the other school activities, money talks.  Women's activities have not so they have always had a discrepancy.  This is just the first time where it has been this obvious.  The men's sports have always made more in the tv revenues more people watch men's sports....a lot of it is just that they bring in more money.

I'm sorry but I don't watch basketball at all.  The only basketball games I have been to was my grandson's games right before the pandemic.

I couldn't believe when he made the half court shot - I thought it was double overtime for sure

I have a bragging rights NCAA bracket pool going on with my wife and daughter where we get up to 32 points per round depending on how many correct picks we made. Daughter has been in first place in points for virtually the entire way because I chose to gamble on a few early round upsets which ended up going badly for me. She has outscored me every single round except the final four which we tied.

She picked Baylor as her champion and I picked Gonzaga. Now with the way the points shake out - she currently has 89 to my 61 - with the championship game worth 32 points. So either she will blow me out of the water 121-61, or else I will squeak out a narrow victory at 93-89. She doesn't think it is fair that she has beat me every round to this point but one and I still might win outright!

I am not a sports person, although a lot of people treat it as a religion.

I usually watch the championships of sports especially is the game is close.  The UCLA was a thriller and the last game was so fast paced and looked dangerous.  I thought someone was really going to get hurt the way those teams were going at it.  My hubby called it street ball and he enjoyed it.
