4th of July celebration
« on: June 22, 2021, 08:16:15 pm »
It is a little hard for me to get back into participating in events where there is a lot of people gathered.  We have finally started eating in restaurants as opposed to picking up a meal and going home to eat.  I don't have any plans to attend big 4th of July celebrations in our area and I am wondering how many of you are back into the swing of things and returning to all of the things you did before the pandemic?

We are having a big BBQ with the family and can see fireworks from our home.  We are all vaccinated, firemen, policemen and medical workers mostly in our family.

My city isn't having any 4th of July events. We haven't even had fireworks for the past four years.

I don't regularly go anyway so this year is no different.  I can see fireworks from my house.

There are lots of places selling fireworks around here. More than usual it seems.

But I think most big celebrations by cities and towns are hard to come by. Too bad.   :'(  Fireworks are so beautiful to watch in the night sky.

I don't have any plans for attending any July 4th celebrations.  I don't even know if anything is planned in my area, but I wouldn't go if there was.  Not so much as the crowds, but don't want to go alone.
