$2.10 denied on payment page

It said this on the payment page last time and I cashed out. But it still says the same thing now. Will that be on there forever? Is it taken out every month since it's still there? I'm confused. Can you 'splain, please.  :confused1:

Was payment denied or revoked? Was it for a survey?

It is probably a one time thing but it might stay on your payment page forever.
